On February 26th, 2015, Mr. Alan Baltes received a PayPal payment from me of $199.00 for "Entertainment Industry Publicity and Promotional Services". In what seems to have been an automated email, Mr. Baltes instantly thanked me for having signed up for his PR services, asking me to email him at a different address to which I apparently could send him any photo(s) I would want him to possibly use, bio, resume, links to sites such as IMDb, demo reel, social media, etc. And so, on March 3rd, 2015, I sent him the requested material and information. On August 31st, 2016, I emailed Mr. Baltes, saying it has been over a year since I sent him USD 199 via PayPal for a service that has not been delivered. I requested a refund by September 6th, 2016. A few emails were exchanged, and I was convinced Mr. Baltes would actually finally deliver the service I paid for, but no, he still has not. And he hasn't paid me back - despite my formal PayPal money request. Mr. Baltes, I believe it would be an understatement to claim a refund would be long overdue. So, please spare ourselves the humiliation and simply pay me back those poorly invested $199. And I'm kind enough to spare you the interest request. Thank you, Alexandra

This is old information. All refunds have been issued a long time ago through Paypal.
