Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Alan Clark and Loyde Robinson stole over $400,000 from us by pitching us on a product called home courts and some phony real estate deal in Belen New Mexico. They also had us buy a life insurance policy on someone that was dying and then made us give them the check when that person did die.

They told us all of our investments were guarantteed by Mass Mutual and if the projects failed Mass Mutual would pay us back, which they never did. They worked out of Mass Mutual's offices and carried their business cards and said that Mass Mutual approved everything they did.

After we gave them the money, they gave us excuse after excuse not to give it back. they gave us land that they said was worth something, only to find out it was worth nothing and that they hadn't paid taxes on it for 10 years.

We called the Nevada insurance commissioner, the Nevada secretary of state and the attorney generals office and nobody would do anything to help us.

Stay away from these guys as all they do is rip you off and then tell you it is someone else's fault for them not being able to pay. They should go to jail for what they have done

Alan Clark, Loyde Robinson and Jan Wisecup Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company stole millions of dollars from elderly investors and are refusing to do anything about it

Alan Clark and his criminal associates Loyde Robinson and Jan Wisecup work together to tell people they are doing "financial planning" when in reality what they are doing is stealing millions of dollars from people to invest in bogus land schemes, gyms, and other business deals.

They charge tens of thousands of dollars to do tax returns but I heard them say in a courtroom that they have filed taxes themselves in six years. they lie cheat and steal and will do anything to continue their ponzi scheme. They hide behind a lawyer named David Phillips who will do anything to keep them as a client as they pay him with the money they steal from us.

the state insurance commisioner won't investigate the matter and everyone else seems to be too busy to shut these guys down as well so I guess we will just have to wait until someone really gets hurt financially before they will take any steps.

Well the first major hint was you don't go paying for life insurance polices taken out on other people?

I mean, good grief, how gullible can ya get?

Stranger: Here, hand me money for this person you've never met and when it pays off then hand me that money too and I'll give you some property you've never seen.

Gee, I wonder how legit that sounds.

The proof you had of this... Business Cards? That thing I can head down the street and print anything I want on for 10$? Really? That's the proof?

Sure it's a great ripoff/scam but you really can't go around being completely oblivious. The places you called in nevade know better than to even bother trying to do anything a about this because they would never find the people involved.

Alan Clark and Loyde Robinson stole my money

We did not buy insurance for someone who was dying, Alan Clark and Loyde Robinson had us buy the policy that was already issued, on the person who was dying. After we bought it, they then told us we had to give them the proceeds when the person died and they would give us land in exchange for that. The land is worthless and now our life's savings are gone. We only did it because they had big offices in this Mass Mutual insurance company and told us Mass Mutual was behind the investment.

How where we supposed to know that we were just another couple in a long line of victims?

Why did you buy insurance for someone who was dying?  You said they "had us buy" it.  Whats the deal here?
