NCO Financial - Alaska Commission On Postsecondary Education ripoff sleazy, racketeering, illegal, underhanded, fradulent, sneaky, connections with the courts, stress tactics, yelling, humiliation, caused my illness Alaska
NCO Financial obtained a illegal judgement and garnished my wages for the past 5 years. It appeared to me they had some legal connections with the courts and the attorneys they hire to process their dirty work.
I have been fighting my case for 10years now. This case caused me to become ill due to the hardship place upon me with their payment demands and entitlement to garnish me at 500.00 a month. I made numerous settlement offers once being over 17,000 and they decline and said you are a State Employee and as long as you are working we can collect by law. Their inflated the interest rates more the the Judge allowed and collected illegal interest on a loan that had been discharged in banckruptcy. I forward all bankruptcy information to them including medical condition and they laughed.
These people screamed, yelled, cursed, threaten including the attorney representing them. They hired an Attorney to represent them in court who was not authorized to practice law in Alaska in a california court.
