Back on 1/3/06 I started an account with "Alertpay" to be able to pay for leads with a company for my home business. Had no idea that when I started to verify my bank info with them it would take so long. They state it takes 2-5 business days however it was a total of 6 business days before I could verify my account. After the verification, I thought great now I can fund my account to start buying leads with them. So on 1/20/06 I funded my alertpay through Bank transfer and on 1/23/06 Alertpay took the funds from my bank to fund my account.

Now today is 1/31/06 (8 Business Days) since I requested this to be done. When looking at their site regarding this issue this is what I found under "FAQ questions", the following:

"your transaction is complete within 2-5 business days, which is much faster than checks. This is the amount of time it takes to process and create the physical deposit to or withdrawal from your bank account".

Boy is this a LIE! Interesting how it says within 2-5 business days the transaction will be complete. Interesting too how your statement above says This is the amount of time it takes to process and create the physical deposit to or withdrawal from you bank account.

This is a LIE! And FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

I called Alertpay on Friday the 27th of Jan. and the gentleman said I should check my account as it should be ready to withdraw by 1:00 PM EST that same day. I have still yet to be able to withdraw my money.

I have now emailed them everyday since then, and I still have yet to hear back from them. They are avoiding me!

I recommend NEVER to use their service. They falsely advertise, and don't give your money to you. This to me is stealing my money and I don't appreciate it! I am recommending to everyone I know NOT to use their service because of the hassle of getting money!!

WARNING!! DO NOT USE SERVICE, NO GUARANTEES YOU RECEIVE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!

Based on your post in January... I think the process took that long. Now it's working like clockwork 5 business days to fund your account. They're still working on ways to speed up this process but they haven't said when. I've been funding my account through my bank account, and I do it on Monday, and it's available in my AlertPay account the Monday after. Deposits are a bit faster... 4 business days. As you said, you did get your money but it just too really long. So from my experience with this company is that they are improving as they mature.

I guess after my last email today, warning them that I was going to turn them in for fraud & false advertisement; I just checked and my money shows up on my Alertpay account, however now they tell me it will be another "2-5 Business Days" to get it back, as I am cancelling my account with them!! How irritating! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
