ALG CAPITAL-CON ARTIST JOSEPH NGYUEN -MICHAEL McCONVILLE - SHAN McCONVILLE-VIRTUAL ESCROW-SHAYAN KAMRAVA A NOTARY FRAUD- TEAM OF ALG CAPITAL FRAUDS I HAVE RELEASED MY COMMENTS ABOUT JOSEPH NGYUEN, ALG CAPITAL. CALABASAS California
ALG capital is the main office of real estate frauds. The active members of this fraud department are Joseph Ngyuen, Michael McConville, Shan McConville, Virtual escrow company, Shayan Kamarava, a notary fraud.
With the joint effort of this group I was cheated by Joseph nguyen in refinancing my home loan. Joseph Nguyen lied and cheated as follows.
A. sent me a good faith estimate which clearly mentioned 1% interest loan for 40 years.
B. Cash to borrower $87,000.00, which was promised to be depositted in my checking account and he requested me to send my voided check for the bank deposit.
C. Forged my signatures on closing documents. (I have a copy )
D. Virtual escrow company, part of this operation, declined to furnish the details of closing.
E. I had to sell the house with a loss of 250,000.00 ( I was unable to pay the the new mortgage per month almost doubled .
F. Never got a dime in my bank account, as promised in "B".
MY QUESTION: Is there any Govt. Agency who can catch these robberes and compensate the damages done by ALG capital and put them in jail for ever to protect other innocent citizens.
