After 11 years in a shopping center I decided to move my store to a new location. I am an absentee owner in Fresno as I have a second location which is where I usually work. So, my store manager googled for a contractor handyman to help us with the eletrical, moving our shelving and redoing the floors in the new location.

Marianne the store manager found Robert's company after interviewing 3 different companies she chose his.

She explained what we needed done and he stated his team and himself could handle it.

After he started the issues begin, First we were delayed in opening, which cost us money. I had Marianne give him a open date for the ove and that the floors had to be done by then. We were delayed by 2 weeks. That does happen so we changed the date to 2 weeks later.

Below is a letter I sent to Robert, which got no response back.

Second the electrical work Alex did was not completed correctly so the next morning we had to scramble to find an electrician to come redo it. Which cost more as it was an emergency job as you know, then we were open and he had to redo Alex's work. Which I have in writing.  Alex left the poles by the register loose that fell on the new electricians hand. That could have been a customer!  And don't get me started on the ceiling fans!

Third the shelves around the store. Those had to be retightened as the shelf unit at the stations fell at Christina. Then the shelf in the dressing room fell when Carol leaned on it.  Come on!! So Marianne's husband had to use his day off and tighten all the shelves.

Lastly the floors. I haven't even tackled that problem yet. There are bubbles in the floors, scratches and it needs a sealant still as high heels etc will scratch the floor literally peal up the paint. Marianne and I talked to a floor man at Home Depot and he said we it should have been sealed.  I guess that's why your fee was so low.

I looked at your invoice, no contractors license on there.  Do you have one?

Stay away from this company, very unprofessional!

I disputed $1000.00 from my credit card to cover my repair costs.

The charges on Marianne's square are for you as you did pull up the old floor and take down the shelves etc from the old location.

If you feel the need to proceed to court. Okay.
