All Phase Roofing Systems, Owner Rob Miller Screwing Over Employees Woodstock Illinois
To all,
Please know Rob Miller, Owner of All Phase Roofing Systems, out of Woodstock, Illinois rips off his employees & customers. Rob tells you he will pay you one amount then drop the hourly pay when it comes time to pay his employees. He states that lunch is paid, you do not stop for lunch & he then says you don't get paid for lunch & takes it out of the hours for the week yet you didn't take a lunch break. Rob will fire employees instead of paying them & then state each & everyone has stolen tools from him & even try to file a police report, only to find the tools once he actually looks for them. He tells an employee he can get on his insurance plan & yet tells another employee he has no insurance. The question there is does he just take that money & put it in his pocket.
Rob will have a customer pay for a new roof & siding in early May & not start the job until mid July only to get mad at the customer & pull off the job after 3 hours of work when they ask only for what is in the contract.
Rob has threatened another person physically in-front of employees & tells them they have to follow is lies to the police so he will not get arrested & almost getting his employees arrested at the same time.
Please note if you do hire All Phase Roofing to do work on your house make sure to put away all your tools so they do not somehow end in in a All Phase work truck.
To anyone who is foolish enough to work for Rob do not bring any of your own tools out or Rob will grab them & accuse you of stealing that tool from him & tell you his buddy is a McHenry County Sheriff & he will have you take a Lie detecor test to prove you didn't steal your own tools.
I have so much more I want to say but this could go on forever.
I am so mad I have mis-spelled words above & just made a mess of my English classes but that is how hot he has me.

I also worked for Rob Miller (one of his alias) & All phase roofing (one names the company uses) & everything that has been stated is true. I heard him accuse a fellow employee of stealing his tools, yet we saw rob go into this "thiefs" car & pull out his tool pouch grab a tool & toss it in his truck. I
I was with Rob at a storage unit when someone came up & asked him a question & Rob flipped & screamed at thgis poor guy I am gonna kill you & then told his employees (m e inculded) to tell the cops this guy had offered him Marijuana. I have a few more stories about Rob but I have to run & the scary part is I only worked for him for less then 2 weeks

Robert Miller is a crack head period
Robert Miller wrote a check for me for $100.00 for 9 hours
He then turned around and stopped payment on the check.
I didn't work for him until a month later. Where he turned around and wrote me out another check for $32.00 for 4 hours of working. I went to cashed the check at a local currency exchange in Mc Henry County. This is when I found out Robert Miller stopped payment on the $ 100.00. Now I owe the currency exchange $125.00 plus the check for $32.00 never got cashed. What Robert Miller is doing is acting as if someone is stealing from him and he can't find his check book or he forgot what check he wrote out to people so he don't have to pay the people. When in fact nobody is stealing from him. He wrote me out two check that now I owe the currency exchange money for Robert Miller playing games with his checkbbok by lying to the bank/ Heis such a big liar and a big crack head,Maybe if Robert Miller stopped smoking crack he can start to pay his worker and stopped filing false report with the bank. Rob Miller smokes crack cocaine on a daily basis. Rob Miller is a crack head business man that plays his workers crack head prices. Beware Rob Miller is a crack head con artist
