All Points Van Lines Point to Point, West Coast or Point Relocation Thiefs, Deceptive, Liars, and much more Pacoima, California
We contracted with West Point Relocation who ended up being All Points Van Lines.
They were 4 hours late, calling us every 15 minutes to tell us they counldn't find us. When they came, they redid our whole contract saying our goods wouldn't fit in the truck. They insisted on wrapping things we told them not to then charged a huge amount for that too. Then they said the truck wouldn't go up our driveway so said they had to go rent one. My husband said they could use our truck. They did and they moved half of our personal belongings into a truck that belonged to them that was hidden. When our container arrived in Hawaii (6 weeks later I might ad) we received 16 feet of 30 feet. They stole the rest of our things and offered us $402.00!
When I checked on line, I found that this is common practice. I can't get any satisfaction out of them, they won't pick up certified mail and the latest letter I sent via regular mail was returned so, I will tell everyone I know and have them tell everyone they know so I will at least be able to stop some of their income and inform more people of their deceptions. I am writing to many of the authorities and the Better Business Bureau and will continue to do whatever I can to stop these thiefs!
