Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had entered into a lottery for a free vacation trip, and all seasons resot called me saying I won the lottery and told me about the vacation, after listening to what i have won, I said yes for everything and they said they needed 700$ to book this trip which is worth 3500$. I said yes for it.

Next day I called back saying I wasnted to cancel it.

and they made me listen to the recorded conversation last night and said they wont refund the money back. this was done in fe 2004. I havent used the trip yet. I noticed all the complaints again all seasons on this site,

so thought of writing about my experience too.

Thanks

I don't understand why you all keep complaining about the said company??? It cleary states that this is NOT a free vacation!!!!!!!! It is a fam trip ~ Familiarization trip... I am tired of you all complaining that this is a scam, IF you READ the registration form BEFORE you fill ANYTHING out, you will clearly see the terms and conditions!!!!!!! PLEASE!!! I am asking you all to put on your glasses and READ!!!!!!

This is to the people who are in the United States as well Canada. The said vacation states that this is NOT a free lottery, contest or draw. IF you were to READ the entire details on the form, you would CLEARLY see the terms and conditions regarding the trip. YOU the consumer filled out the registration form in hopes of going on a vacation. Selected few are chosen to take these trips. They are "FAM" trips, aka Familiarization trips...meaning the majority of the costs are picked up by the sponsers and in turn, you the consumer pay the promotional fee...AGAIN, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ WHERE YOU SIGN, then none of these "so called" complaints would have taken place.

This is in response to all the people who fill in the forms for the vacation to florida and the bahamas...........First if this was a scam do you think we would waste phone money and employee money to call all over the country??I have been an employee there for over 2 years and have NEVER seen any thing but honesty and truth to our packages WE ARE FOR REAL AND THIS IS NOT A RIPOFF.If anything the company is getting the bad end of the deal for selling a package for such a low price...........Consumers are entitled to their opinion but Unless YOU know what you are talking about DONT SAY ANYTHING............

Thinking this vacation is a scam, here to provide you with correct information regarding the said company

In regards to the people who think All Seasons Travel and Resorts is a scam, I am here to provide you with correct information regarding the said company, since I am an employee. Firstly, the events we attend, bridal shows, car shows and so forth, are reputable events that we have to be bonded by the state or province to attend them in the first place. It is a two week long process to be able to attend these shows, and we would not be able to attend if we were a fraudulent company. Secondly, you the consumer came to US the company to fill out a registration form in order to take the said vacation. You must fill out information and then sign at the bottom of the form.. If you were to read where you sign, it clearly states that the form may be used for travel offering. Unlike most, all the details of the vacation are written on the back of the form that people do not bother to take the time to read. Thirdly, if you are chosen based on your demographics, you may be eligible to go on this vacation. Only 2-5% of the population that attends these events are chosen. There is NO information anywhere that states you have won a free vacation, if that were so, you would be subject to pay the state lottery or gaming tax of 32% of the retail value of the trip. The retail price is $2895.00 US. The only costs involved are the promotional fees for us to set up the booths, make the long distance calls, pay the reps and so forth. For 4 people at $174.50 seems like a good deal to me considering what you the consumer are receiving in the package. Think about it, 3 destinations in Florida at top quality hotels, a rental car for the entire week with unlimited milage as well the cruise to the Bahamas. In addition you receive two extra vacations.. seems like not much to think about considering the amount of time you can decide on when to take this trip. If we were to make "call-backs" the promotional fee would be at a higher cost. It is a great vacation and to those who think otherwise, you should not have filled out the registration form in the first place.
