All Star Movers HORRIBLE Dania, Florida
Rocco my sales person called me non stop until he received my deposit and then I never heard from him again until after the move!! Movers showed up and quoted me 2 grand extra but told me if I gave them cash they would lower the quote. They were very intimidating and scary and I had to catch a flight so I finally gave in. They said they would see me in 3 days. 11 days later a different truck with different movers showed up at 7pm at night!!! Also very mean and told me if I said my Harley did not make it they could cut me a deal too!! I did not comply. They informed me our stuff went to a storage unit in NC and all our boxes were open with mice dropping all over it!! There was so much damage and missing items and they forged my initials on documents too. Moving is hard enough but this company made it 10 times worse!!! Contact me for more info if you want but do yourself a favor DONT USE THEM.
I was quoted 2,111 and Rocco told me that was plenty of overage just in case. I have 3 different quotes from them. The told me the driver would discount for lateness when he got there 5 days late at $30 a day and he only gave me $75 and said if I did not like it he would put my stuff back in storage and I could deal with it. This company tries to blame everything on you instead of there drivers who will scam, bribe you and intimidate you with their meaness. I was finally contact today a month after the move and told they would give me $500 what a joke....contact me if you want to see my pictures, emails and documents from this company I would be more than happy to share!!! I contacted an attorney and Rocco laughed but I have a feeling I will have the last laugh!!
