Allcare Dental & Denture Incompetent & Unprofessional Company Greece New York
I went to Allcare for new dentures approximately 10 to 12 months ago. The first set they gave me made me look like a horse. The teeth were angled wrong and they tried to tell me they were fine. After a few calls they agreed to make me a new set.
Ever since I got the new set I have had nothing but trouble with them. Sores in my mouth etc. The bottom set will not stay in place even with denture adhesive. All care tells me there is no ridge left for the teeth to cling to. I understand that but my OLD bottom set from 20 years ago hold better than the new ones. I have been back there many times for readjustments but nothing they do helps. Everytime I try to eat with the new ones they pop loose and food gets under them and it hurts alot to chew my food.
I sat down with the manager to discuss this issue and possible other problems my wife may have with her new set. He called in the dentist who I saw last who was very snotty. This dentist told me in a very unprofessional wasy to just go and wear my old ones! then he stormed out of the managers office.
At the time of this writing I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'm waiting to hear back from them. My wife had work done by Allcare and we are waiting to see another dentist for his evaluation. Right now we believe Allcare pulled her top teeth unnecessarily. But to be fair, this has to be evaluated. I will update this after an evaluation. Anybody who reads this, I highly recommend that you do not do business with Allcare Dental & Dentures!!
