I ordered much needed TENS electrode pads second week of November, price looked good, and showed as in stock. After 2 weeks without recieving, checked and see the item is "awaiting shipment", after calling and getting runaround, still no shipment.



Call repeatedly, each time some new and more bizzarre excuse, "have to email warehouse, will send you notification when they get back to me"  what? call them, they're your warehouse...."we don't have it in stock, will you accept this alternate (3x price item)"....no, refund my money, now. remove the ads for the bait and switch products.... nope, still up there and my order is showing as "awaiting shipping"



2 more weeks of back and forth, cancell my order and refund my money....NOW.



nope, no refund, and still more lip service, this is the third different person I have had e-mail / talked to without compensation, or hopes of refund.



so, I still await a refund.... here's the list of folks who have given me the run around, and none would place me in touch with someone to expedite my refund...

I wish with great sincerity these people, and all of the people running the show there fall prey to medical problems that require the use of products they sell, and are served a dose of the exact same treatment they have dished out when they attempt to obtain relief from from a company touting themselves as "medical Supply Professionals"....with "customer service as thier main goal"...



bah.



Will be sending off BBB complaints, and seeking to file criminal action against them, on next trip to Arizona.



It's clear they are willfully commiting fraud.



as of today, when using the order number originally supplied, it is still showing as "awaiting shipment" even though I have e-mails telling me the order has been cancelled, and I will get my refund...within a couple days...that was a week ago.
