I too was sucked in by alliance. Troy the independent analyst came to my house, fluffed the numbers and set the commission and analysis price high. I thought I had hit the lottery! As time passed I called the office and spoke to a specialist that had been assigned to me. She said I was being checked out by a potential buyer but the confidential statement hadn't been returned.
Finally they sent me buyer information from the mid atlantic region. I contacted him and he said that he was interested in a location 100 miles from my location and that he had told alliance this fact. My second potential buyer had no money--Aren't these buyers suppose to be pre-qualified.
My year is done and one week before it's concluion I was sent a letter indicating that alliance had a captial funding source for me. If you all read you contracts this also fulfills their obligation...the source Alliance capital funding corp....and who is my contact...mr. troy the independent analysis.
Watch out for the others...Lyons associates....Pbs global....and another that I can't recall because when they came to see me all they talked about was the 8500.00 analysis i needed so the qualified buyer could get sba financing..
