For the past couple days I have seen my father go through a very serious situation at his work place just to find out there has been an ongoing race discrimination going on with his company . he worked at the Kings plaza mall security for over 10 years and recently Allied Barton security took over the security company. 5 employees who have been working there for more than 10 years have been fired for no reason . They did not give them any reason or warning . One of them has been at his job for 19 years , one of them has a wife sick of cancer and now my father has been fired as well .
I find very odd that all the guys that have been there for such long times are all African American and everybody that being hired as a replacement is caucasian . One of the supervisor that is Caucasian and Who replaced one of guys has given my father hell from treating him badly as if he is not human to framing him as a Bad person to the board directors. My father has requested numerous times to speak to the directors but nobody cared enough to respond to any of his requests . He expressed his issued to them including issues of the staff member and nobody cares to listen. My father knew it was his turn to be fired after all the guys that have been working there for ages was gone and the day finally came.
I am so disgusted by that so called company that thinks it's okay to take the jobs of people who have family and kids to take care off. Is it really a coincidence that all these guys are being replaced by Caucasians or being fired for no reason . I don't think so and I know there are more people that have lost their jobs they had for a long time because Allied barton do not take African American competent of being supervisors or directors of the company. When they have the chance to climb on top of the ladder , they are fired with no valuable reason.

Let this be a notice to you and other african americans (by the way I am black too) that we need to start our own businesses. We need to take our communities back. When President Obama was elected the racism came out from many white people who had held it in. I use to work for Norfolk Southern Railroad in Atlanta, GA, its on 125 Spring Street in Atlanta and that was a very racist company. It is ran by white men and they spoke to the blacks awful. When I was in training they took us and other blacks on a tour of the facililty and there were swastikas. YES SWASTIKAS on some of the buildings and locomotives. They had been sued so many times for racial discrimination that the courts mandated they put up posters in their buildings notifying the blacks who worked there about the EEOC.
Here in Dallas I have seen a lot of racism in the small surburbs that surround Dallas. There is incredible racism in Fort Worth TX. The white people won't even hire most blacks for office work nomatter our qualifications. They try to steer all of us towards those factories where they pay minimum wage and work folks like mules.
Black people get treated this way because they know we don't have many other options. It is imperative we start our own businesses. This is 2014. It's time OUT for begging the white man for a job.
