Allied Wallet Payment Gateway Fraud Not Sure, California Nationwide

I had an account with allied wallet
My company name is EDUSERVE IT SERVICES PVT LTD
My account was closed in September 2016 and I was informed I'll receive the remaining balance which is approximately USD 7800 will be released after 180 days from the last transaction date. As per my records 27th March 2017 was the 180th day but allied wallet mentioned that the funds will be released earliest in April 2017 now when I sent them an email Edan from finance replied that he's waiting for an approval and when I asked how long will it take he replied Moe Diab is the person to talk to. I tried sending Moe emails even I called him but no answer from Moe, he didn't replied to my email nor he answered the call....
This is depressing me a lot. At the time I started my business I was assured by India there will be no such case of hold but allied wallet never paid back properly due to which I had to face downfall in our operations if the CEO can read this message pls tell me can you run your business without funds ??
I managed somehow for 1 month after that when I mailed Moe several times to atleast release partial release the funds he denied and closed our account..
Now we don't have Global market reach all thanks to Moe Diab
We owe our ex-employee approximately USD 8700 as there salaries and other Remuneration but my company doesn't earn even half of it in the whole year.
We are completely relying on allied wallet to release our funds ASAP.
