My wife wanted to try a sample product called "wrinkless cream" from a company called Aloe Vella.com aka. OJAS Enterprises L.L.C. The product was talked about on Dr. Oz, Ellen Degenerous shows. Trusting person that she is, Dr Oz can't be wrong, she ordered the "free" sample. All she had to do is pay the shipping and handling of $4.95 and had 15 days to make up her mind. They sent 2 bottles, not a sample packet or even a couple packets. They sent (2 ) $50 bottles. It took 4 days to get the product so now she has 11 days left to make up her mind. Thinking it really was any big deal she put off trying it for 4-5 days. Tried the product for a couple days decided she didn't want the products. She was supported to get 2 different products not 2 of the same. This was a "sample". They had a product guarantee, if for any reason you don't like it send it back. She called the customer phone number and talked to Diane, and she was not worth talking to and just talked over the top of you. She finally hung up on her valued customer. We called back and got Bill,.another customer service agent. Bill said because the bottle was opened there would be no refund. WHAT IS A SAMPLE? You need to open it and try it for it to be a sample!!!! These people are Professional Scam Artists. They send you what you didn't order then force you to pay for a sample, which is a $50 jar of stuff. Do not fall for this scam, it's a bait and switch in the worst degree.
