Alpheus Communications Our final Credit refused to give back to us Houston TX Texas
We did business reluctantly with Alpheus but completed our 3 year contract with them. The last month we overpaid by $111.33 and they sent a statement showeing we were owed a credit. After months of complaining and filing better business complaints, they have ignored and stated they "mailed" a check but never any proof.
Just want to get the money that we overpaid back. Its not that difficult so if they are this bad on a small item, just think how bad they are on much larger items. Dont do business with them and find other fiber providers.
