Alyon Technologies are criminals, computer hackers, breaking COPPA law, violating children's safety 18February2003 NOCREDIT should be done away with. If you cannot come up with proper adult identification and a valid credit card then adult sites should not be able to be accessed. Alyon Technologies has no conscience and are targeting children more often than other unknowing individuals! Maria McAllister of Alyon Technologies says that any parent that allows their child to accidentally or intentionally enter an 'adult website' does not utilize parental controls. So therefore, the parent allowed the minor child to surf adult sites and as long as it did not cost money then it was okay. Then McAllister goes on to say, "the Internet is an ADULT tool and has never been meant for children." President Bush in a recent speech said over 70percent of American children is now using the Internet. President Bush is not wrong but Alyon Technologies is! Why Alyon Tech. did you put your advertising on Kazaa.com, which is primarily a child/teenage website? Because you are targeting children like I have said from the beginning. Ms. McAllister says that the dialer software causing a virus is a total fabrication. You got it wrong I said the Mini-dailer is the VIRUS! Dialerware that Alyon Technologies uses is Parasiteware and Trojan Horse type virusware. McAllister says that The Electronic Group (of Lyon,France) and Alyon have a Microsoft Trusted publisher certificate for this software. If it looks like a hackerware, parasiteware, virusware then it is. On that note my settings require that I be notified if my dial-up is being switched. The box that says Ask before switching Dial-Up connections has always been check marked. Therefore, this software defeated that as well. Integrel, Inc. and eBillit, Inc. said the same thing until thousands complained to the FTC and they were found guilty of 'slamming' and fined $1.6 M. A self-installing piece of software being put into anyone's computer without consent is NOT okay. Alyon Technologies is pushing pornography onto minors and then billing it to the telephone number in an attempt to avoid the issue of a minor being involved. This company is criminal. Ms. McAllister, Stephane Touboul, Tina Whitfield and Joe Doherty are all involved in this Criminal Enterprise. I want the names of the other people involved with these companies! DO NOT send a child's birth certificate to this company to try to get charges removed! Alyon Technologies is not a government agency and cannot demand a copy of a birth certificate. Alyon Technologies wants people to prove there is a minor in their home. No one has to prove there is a minor in his or her home. Access to adult content with NOCREDIT must stop. A MINOR CANNOT ENTER A BINDING CONTRACT! To protect you for now I recommend the following: Write a Certified letter with return receipt to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. This is very important because it establishes a record of your dispute. Also, call 201-865-7600 the number to Alyon in New Jersey and tell them that you deny all knowledge of anyone using their website. Then I suggest you do the following: 1. Go to Attorney General's website for your state and file a complaint. 2. Go to the Federal Trade commission's web site and file a complaint. http://www.ftc.gov 3.
