Complaint Review: Amazon.Com - California

   Listen kid I'm prelaw and it took me over 24 hours to scan the A-Z guarantee alone and I'm not even done with it thinking like a sane person would that if I presented them with rational evidence it would help my case however it did absolutely nothing.  I've written that money and  the products off as a loss.  I read the terms initially but that was years ago and since then hve changed, since then amazon has changed they used to be good at customer support excellent returns excellent customer service nwo due to pressure from the investors they've become  the new comcast I get hung up on multiple times I'm not even privied to an ID number just a first name and I can't talk to anyone of any importance from the company.  They can't even keep their rules straight I have stone cold evidence of them commiting consipiracy, theft by fraud, extortion, violating their own ridiculuos service agreements and  yet nothing.  NO government agency will stand up to them no lawyer will take them all no news coproation will take the story.  I've literally gone through two 300 page thigns of paper printing out evidence, and gone thorugh all the trouble of highlighting and emphasizing and making important pertinent parts of the business agreement which is not a binding contract.  However what can you do when a big guy comes up behind you in the shower you grab the faucet and hold on.  That's what I'm doing just  have to take it and try to hold my temper until they let me out from under their boot.  It's absurd they act like a legal monopoly but aren't, and meanwhiel the government is doing nothign to prevent this or protect the citizens who are literally getting robbed, I've already lost over 370 USD on their sight and plan for them to take more if I keep bitching but I dont' care anymore and didn't in the first place I w on't even back down from a fight.  Especially with corporate giants who are trying to pervert the law to legally steal.  They talk about the A-Z policy being backed by 2,500 worth of insurance, where do you think that insurance comes from?  They have no insurance they f und it all through us the unsuspecting consumer/seller/legal entity  and confuse it with so much jargen that those donut eating fat asses won't  touch them becasue they don't get it.  Right now I'm on my way to look up a loophole I can get them on in either the state I reside in or that their headquarters is located in, furthermore I plan to release all their phone conversations online becasue I may or may not tape all of them and  will argue on the grounds that because none of the sales representatives will tell me where they are from adn because I have no way of abiding by a law of a country state or otherwise I do not know how could I possibly abide by any law they try to hit me with?  I'm also gonna post all my documented evidence online along with trying, well trying to follow up with ever governemental and independant consumer protection agency there is, so far they've responded to one, he said four sentences and that was that.  I on the other hand wrote a f**king essay, brought in enough evidence to fill a binder and still couldn't get anyone to represent me.  Once I pass the bar I'm goign after them.  One loophole I've found is going after those who file claimss on you, becasue amazon sure as s**t won't defend them adn being as they are usually poor white trash types they're easy marks, bring em up on criminal charges, maybe that'll get you some press, and if amazon does come to their rescue you get the opportunity to cross examine them as a co-conspirator ( at least in my case ) in theft by fraud.

I like amazon, I always order things off there to get a good discount, I just bought an organizing purse for $10.00 and I didn't even get charged for shipping. As far as selling items on amazon or eBay I've never tried on either because I have nothing to sell, but if it's a big enough issue get a lawyer to fight with you.

Do what I did, I closed my account at Amazon dot com. I always remember its cheaper and better to buy some where else, regardless of what I find there.

I know its important to forgive, yet their different, their rude and offensive, they do not  work with you to solve a problem.

They have policies that appear to come from no where, some people try to comply, if not most people, they try to comply, yet they think people are evil, that do not deserve the rudeness. Why buy or sell there, only to find games, its rude of them.

i used to think that all amazon victims are whiners too until they suspended my account and took my earnings based on false tos violations. i really don't think there's much we can do against a behemoth like amazon. 

i bet this clown is the same guy who sent me a mailing the same day my account was closed laughing at the fact my account was permanently banned for life over a issue i did not cause this jerk most like is amazon.com amazon stole hundreds even thousand of dollars from me i dont care if amazon is a private company nobody period in america has the right to commit fraud via credit card transactions steal patents from major companies worldwide stalk harrass and threaten people slander folks once there off the site help scammer steal money deliberatly change webpage to accuse innocent sellers of a wrong doing so amazon can legally steal your money these people will even infect your computer to keep you off there site as i found out evey time i use the name amazon my windows will crash or freeze exspecially if im on amazon site itself i have spent the last four years collecting rock solid proof these guys are legalised gangsters basicly flying free worldwide with amunity buying there way out of every lawsuit these have had filed against them over the years they dont care if they lose these freaks make millions daily what a piss ant like us gonna do to them a money monster giant well i look at it this way im a very high trained explosive expert trained by our very own goverments special forces at compliments of the us army now times that by the thousand or million of other expert trained out there around america then add all the freaked out vets out there just trying to make a buck to survive out there and got screwed out of there money buy not only amazon but ebay and paypal these clowns dont care about books being sold there in it for search engine traffic domination and the funds it produces every single day all three of the companie are worldwide crooks gangsters mafia what ever snaps your cracker for a name the simple truth is they want to control the internet worldwide traffic source and there ilegal site operations are a legal platform for them to steel your sh.t and money scammer are not stealing your products amazon and ebay are then they resell your items and you lose three ways money , product, and your idenity like they did us stealing our credit card info and driver lic info and ss number and refuse to respond by ignoring you basicly telling you f. u right to your face and i have documented facts to back this up my warning to all three of these companies is i dont plan on the law doing a dam thing to help any of us out here i  promise you this you will pay for your action guaranteed you peple have some real big balls thinking you can hide in down and tearing apart these companie i think someone in what use to be americas goverment might stand up and say ok all i can say is 75 years ago america would not of stood for any of this crap to protect every single time these criminals walk out of a american courtroom with out as much as a single employee being fined or jailed for very long time i can prove what amazon did to me but How much does Amazon pay you to go through all the reports against them? You seem to defend them anytime someone has a valid complaint. Perhaps if Amazon held your paycheck for 90 days without good reason you'd see things differently.

Amazon did not respond saying "You can't stop us" that's just you being a drama queen.  Where did you get your data to determine that Amazon is holding 40 million every month?  These are wild numbers based on inflated figures you assume because you're mad that your store got shut down.  Amazon doesn't release this type of information so you don't know what you're talking about at all, your whole post is for dramatic effect.  So they hold your money for 90 days like they say they will in their EULA, then you complain that after a month an a half nothing has happened.  The time frame hadn't even elapsed yet.  Amazon won't extend the review an additional 90 days.  They will do reviews of accounts that will hold money up to 30 days, your acct is in good standing at this point, if they decide to suspend your acct during the review, then the hold is put on to 90 days to ensure that everyone gets their packages, refunds are handled etc....  They have to do it that way, look how emotionally charged up everyone gets when this happens, and rightfully so, you have a lot of money you make with them.  But if they suspended you and gave you access to your money, you'd withdraw all the money and wouldn't fulfill the orders that were not sent out.  Most people would, you see people do just that and then come here and complain saying "I can't believe amazon cancelled me, they expected me to ship items when they hold my money so I cancelled them all and didn't answer emails for customers".  But for the fact that these sellers COULDN'T get to the money, Amazon would be left holding the bill.
