American advantage : Advertising on Craig's List for Office Managers: 2nd Interviews Every Week: No 9 to 5 No Office NO PAY!!!!! St. Louis, Missouri
I answered an ad on Craig's List for an office manager and was called the next day for an interview... went to a 3 minute interview and said 2 words... I was told I did great?? how was that?? told to come back for a 2nd interview, where there was 11 people. we were told all that we needed to know... Yeah , right. This past Monday 11 suckers started and we learned about parfum (their lingo) . We were told the only way we wouldn't open our own office in 90 days is if we lie, steal or talk trash about the other employees. Tuesday we did more note taking, mainly about maintaining a positive attitude, not being late... things grown adults should already know. Wednesday I was told how great I was and sent out to sell this crap to who? where? no one told me. Today I was to babysit the office while the other saps went out to sell. Mistake on management's part. There was 2nd interviews done today. Again? The exact same speech. I was told not to let them hang around after or talk. The music is up loud so no one will talk to each other.. They are afraid we will figure it out. I told them Tuesday I am not a salesman and I have been told repeatedly this is temporary. Yet there were 9 people there today to go out selling and some have supposedly finished the training program?? Gee am I stupid?? I have not heard of anyone making any REAL money there. Yes, sorry we did talk. They want me there tomorrow at 8:15 am, on xmas eve ..... SORRY!! I will be home with my family and Monday I will start fresh and new.. SORRY APRIL I WON'T MAKE MY GOAL TODAY!! ATTITUDE CHECK!
