American Auto Shield, LLC RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF Arvada Colorado
This company has been very unprofessional and has caused me and my family a great deal of out-of-pocket expenses which ultimately has created a significant hardship that we are trying to recover from before our 4th child comes into this world.
Long story short, we own a vehcile that we began to have issues with and the company in short replaced the engine after 2-3 months of playing games for us and the service company. The engine has been leaking since the replacement and we are now being told for the second time, they will not fix the issue. They did not give us a new engine they replaced it with a refurbished engine after the first refurbished engine they ordered did not work AT ALL.
Everyone that has dealt with them regarding our vehicle is clueless to the extent they have gone through to avoid providing sufficient and efficient service they claim to offer to repair our vehicle. We have continued to pay the monthly fee throughout this ordial and we are being treated as if we bad customers.
If you are considering this company, I and other undisclosed individuals (including old customers) would suggest that you continue looking. Ask some reputable dealers and/or service people for suggestions and don't stop with the first name you get. RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH. Your money & personal property is just as valuable to you as their money and their personal property!
