Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company ripped me off.  A "sponsor" contacted me with a really convincing speach about how much money I could make mailing out postcards.  I paid him $125.00 for 150 postcards to be mailed out, including a mailing list of qualified opportunity seekers.  He said he would also mail out 100 of these cards with my number.  (Only he knows if he did this or not.) Of course, I had to pay for the postage to mail this 150 cards. He said I would get $75.00 for each response to the cards that were mailed.  When I got my package from ABM, they indicated that I would get $25.00 for each response.  Now the rip-off:  I did not get paid for one resonse.  Either they got the money from the responses and did not send me my part or the mailing list was bogus or not a list of qualified opportuniy seerkers.  The owner, Paul, got really rude to me when I cancelled my future payments to ABM.

ABM'S Official Response

Here is our Official Response to this persons complaint.

1- Mrs. T mailed a chain letter offer to one of customers, 7-1-14 he called her about her offer and

Told her about our opportunity with ABM and he explained how everything worked and that he has been

with us over 9 years. He asked her if she would like to try our opportunity and she said “Yes“,

If she didn’t feel comfortable with his “speech” she could of said “No”. But She said “Yes” and he took

her information and forwarded the order to our office.

2- We sent her order the next day by Priority Mail and she received it 7-4-14, If she was not in agreement

with the contents of her order she could of either “Refused” it, or immediately send it back without signing

anything and asked for a “Refund” either way she would of got her money refunded, if she didn’t feel

comfortable enough to pursue it. But she chose to go forward, and decided to supposedly

spend more money on postage, and she Actually used the Leads and Post Cards She Ordered.

3- See Attached “Customer Order Form” which she signed stating she read, understood and agreed to terms & conditions.

* I understand I may use these leads as often as I choose, to promote anything I choose, or re-sell them.

* No response ratio has been implied or guaranteed

* I agree and understand there are NO REFUNDS.

4- See Attached “Optional Customer Affiliate Referral Program” which she signed stating she read,

understood and agreed to terms & conditions.

* No personal incomes are implied or guaranteed. Your income will be determined by your personal

Performance and the positive and negative results of your marketing efforts, for which you accept full

Responsibility.

*I’ve been made aware that there are faster ways to make referrals other than mailing to mailing lists.

5- She called our office 7-18-14 two weeks after she decided to join and was complaining that she hadn’t

referred anyone yet, and I politely spent 15 minutes with her trying to help her understand the process and

explain to her that she just started and went over several things she could do to pick up the pace.

She wasn’t very pleasant to speak with, but I was nice to her.

6- She called our office 7-29-14 to cancel so she wouldn’t be debited again on 8-1-14.

She was very angry sounding and starting making all kinds of crazy accusations , such as

Your leads are no good” ,“Your keeping orders I made and aren’t paying me for them”, “nobody wants

anything to do with this” , “Your not honest”, “You scammed me “.

She was very bitter and aggressive towards me and demanded that I refund her $125

I let her know I did not appreciate her accusing me of not being honest, I reminded her that that are “No

Refunds” as she agreed to. I thank her for trying, told her I would close her account, and said Goodbye.

7- Mrs. T simply does not want to accept ANY responsibility here.

She said She Wanted it, she could of said NO !

She Accepted the order, She could of Refused it or sent it back, She decided to keep it !

She Actually Used the Order.

She submitted 2 forms agreeing to our terms and pursuing it with a “Monthly Auto-Ship”

Because of this, she is Not entitled to Any Refund.

Sincerely,

Paul Korzeniowski

Owner/ABM

Hi,

To the person who sent out one mailing then complained. You should have did some studying on Postcard Marketing and Direct Mail. This type of marketing takes at least 6 months to get the pipeline going and to start having results. This is a real business that takes real work. What is did you do for promotion? It states on their website to do more than just the minimum to build the business.

Also there are two fast start bonuses, $25 and $75 according to which membership level one joins at.

On the second month the 3 level affiliate pay system kicks in.

I'm doing very weill after a year with the residual income. There are people making over a $100,000 a year plus

with ABM. Do you think they quit in one month. You shouldn't join any business with an hourly pay attitude. I know that Paul pays on all sales and has for over 10 years. I've had people join I didn't know from ads and cards and the check was in the mail the next day. I ha a couple people join at the pre-pay $1500 level and received a $300 check in a few days as did my 2 upline sponsors.

I've had 30 day wonders join me and quit after one mailing then someone joined from their card and the $75 comission went to me.

There sould be some openings at Macdonalds if your interested.
