American Credit Solutions Consumer Fraud Ripoff Tampa Florida
I received a yellow postcard in the mail this morning from the American Credit Solutions. They are extending their hands into the Michigan, Grand Rapids Area Be Warned. Upon calling the 1-888-817-4795 number I was on hold for about 30 seconds.
I spoke with this lady there who wanted me to give her my personal information. I asked what kind of card this was (e.g mastercard, visa) she said that she would get to that. This was a step by step process and they needed all my personal information first. I didnt have a checking or savings account so I told the lady I wasnt interested.
I then looked up the name in a search engine on the internet and found this website. I again called the number listed and again talked to the same lady. I went through the process of answering her questions up until she asked me for my social security number. She had already asked me for all my bank information wich I lied about. She kept saying great thats good. Than when I refused to give my social security number and bank account number she got upset with me.
I again asked what kind of credit card this was and she refused to tell me. I had seen on here that someone posted about the FBI in Tampa being contacted for complaints from this company already. I told the lady I will be calling the FBI in Tampa and making a complaint for fraudulent practices. She emmediatly hang up. I hope that whoever reads this that they do not give their personal information to ANYONE that you do not know or haave investigated with the Better Business Beaureu. Hope this helps someone out there before they get their money taken.
