American Hardwood Floors Inc. BIG RIPOFF---CHICKEN S**T THIEVES! Atlanta/Las Vegas Georgia/Nevada
I do not have too much more to add...
My story is exactly like Kathy's and the others listed! I ordered my flooring through AHF(880sq.ft.) in early November. I paid for it direct wire...STUPID, STUPID, STUPID!!! However, it gets worse. I even paid $150 extra. I was told that if I did so, I would be guaranteed delivery in 14-17 days! Needless to say that didn't happen. The brush off's, hang-ups and repeated lack of ANY respect that a normal, reputable company would give continue today.
KATHY...I would LOVE to get in touch with you regarding this matter - try me through the rebuttal key or the editor of this site. I am also communicating with an individual in California who is currently being ripped off by this "company."
Unfortunately, there are many of us out there! Buyer beware! I found this website too late, but I hope it will help others to avoid our heartache and financial loss!
I was informed that the owners name is Richard Ferrante! Is it Miller or Ferrante? Or is he using both names?---Good Grief!!! I also "purchased" my flooring through the Atlanta office. We have repeatedly attempted to contact Richard Ferrante/Miller at his Las Vegas office and ....you guessed it, we've been repeatedly hung up on!

The criminals have expanded their enterprise! Please be informed that American Hardwood Floors Inc. has changed its name & web address!!! It Is now operating as Milldirectfloor.com - These are the exact same people. Please spread the word to others. The hardwoodflooringusa.com website also currently exists...for the time being. Your local hardwood flooring agent can get you just as good or better of a "deal" than these criminals can! I got an awesome Maple floor --INSTALLED, (at the same price as the WOOD ONLY from AHF) in less than a week! I waited for flooring from AHF for over 2 months and got nothing but a headache and the run around!

Melissa, How did you get your money back? Did you get 100% or just the 70%? Any info/advice will be appreciated. We just realized that we have been "had" by AHF. We gave them over $8000! I can't tell you how hard I had to work for that $ - it makes me so upset. Now I have no $ and no floors. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

"Scott" knows where he can stick his accomadations! The bottom line is that AHF did not refund my money. Yes, it is true that I now have my money back from AHF. However, they did not willingly give or refund it to me! People are not as nieve or stupid as you may think..."Scott"! If you would like to know how I got my money back or how you may get your money back, please respond to the editor of this site.

Wanted to get this customer accommodated. American Hardwood Floors, Inc. is investigating why, when they went to pick up this order, at the timeframe needed by the customer, it was not complete, and why American Hardwood floors was not notified. Customer refund has been processed.
