American Law Offices Ray Carter Threatening email sent about a supposed loan from Check Cash unknown
I received an e-mail telling me that I would be arrested if I didn't pay 645.00. I have 0 days to pay or I would be arrested. The strange thing is that my name wasn't even on the notice, not only that, there was a list of 12 other e-mails which received this same email. Whenever I called the number on the e-mail, they had my zip code and my birthday incorrect. I couldn't find out who supposedly loaned me the money (I did take out a pay day loan last year, but paid it back in full) and I pressed until they gave me the number for their supposed client who was going to have me arrested. Whenever I called that number, they said they couldn't tell my anything because it was turned over to the American Law Offices in Fl. These people need to be shut down and prosecuted as this is a form of terrorism as far as I am concerned.
