My Name is Johnnie and i had join aol on the risk free 90 day offer in Dec 2005 and cancelled 2 weeks later in the same month. I was told that i had to wait till the 90 days was up before i could get my refund back. So I waited the 90 days and called them back about my refund,only to be told i would have to wait another 2 billing cycles with amounts to 2 months which they still haven't turned off my service by the account is closed(according to the customer rep) I want my refund returned back to my card account.
