American Project Management This company used our nonprofit museum for 4 days for a training program and will not pay the rental fee. Will not answer phone or emails. Los Angeles, California
American Project Management advertises Project Management Certification courses all over the world at a cost of $995 per person.
They held a 4-day training class, including catering in our non-profit military museum. The cost of the 4-day rental and catering came to $2500. They refuse to pay this fee. They promised to overnight a check, however, they never sent it. I asked for a credit card number but they claimed that they could not do that. They will not accept any phone calls or emails from our management.
Also, the instructor of this 4-day class was never paid.
The participants in the class are supposed to be given a certificate and CD after completing the seminars. However, those things were shipped to me 3 days after the class was over and all attendees had left. They also used the name of the University of Pittsburgh on their certificates. The University has nothing to do with this group.
We are a non-profit military museum that pays tribute to our veterans. Without an endowment and working with very small budget, we depend on the rentals to keep this museum open.
American Project Management is very unethical and dishonest.
