American Transaction Supplies ripoff company telemarketer told my employee I had ordered products, which I had not ordered. Champlain New York
I Run a small company that operates a Mini-Mart. This companies telemarketer called my store and told the clerk they need my physical address to ship products I had ordered. My employee gave them the information. Later I learned they shipped over $300.00 worth of paper products I had no use for. I have over a years supply on hand now! I called the company after I was told they were making collection calls to my store. They did not have an address to mail the bills, we don't accept mail at the store. Using Dun and Bradstreet they have tracked my address and are now beginning the threat of collection letters. This business is clearly a ripoff operation hoping to safely do its ripoffs across state lines. Dave Linden, California

This Has to be Michael Mouyal (or His Brother) American Transaction Supplies sounds a lot like Merchant Transaction Supplies, a division of the Mouyal Corporate Group in Montreal, Quebec. This is a cross border scam and the Champlain, NY address is a dead give away! Look at a map and you will see why so many Canadian frauds running out of Montreal use that town as a phoney "U.S" address. When the authorities are about to stop them, it seems like they simply change the name and keep on scamming. Vermont has successfully cracked down on Canadian scams that used to use addresses in Vermont. Now the NY Attorney General needs to hear from you. New York needs to move on these frauds in the same manner.
