american value grocery grocery benefit fulfillment they promised me 2000 dollars worth of grocery coupons free then ask for 19.99 postage and shipping. when i got it nothing but card to activate and no web site to go to to activate it. canoga park, California
the add was on the radio for free groceries so i called . the person on the phone said they had to tell the truth about it being free or it was false advertising. i told them i would take it then they ask for 19.99 postage and shipping . the way it was explained i thought i was getting a card or coupons already activated to get the groceries. when it got here it was a card with a web site that was no where to be found to activate it. now they are advertising free gas on the radio the same people .
