Update 6/2/06. My CC was finally charged on 5/26/06. On 5/30/06 I received an E-mail with the tracking number. Received my order on 6/1/06. So it took a month + to receive the order which IMO is way too long, but that didn't bother me as much as not being able to get any concrete info as to the status of my order. The Web Page showed no order history under my account. And since I was told on 5/17 that the order was shipped from the factory, but I didn't receive it till 6/1 tells me that I was not told the truth. Now, when they did reply to my e-mails they were polite and thanked me for my patience. I found out that the company was recently bought-out so I can only assume there was some internals going on within the company. On a bright side - I recieved a phone call at work from a guy who said he was the company CEO and he personally appologized for the service and said "there was no excuse for it" and "it won't happen again". I appreciated that call. I won't take a chance on ordering from them again but maybe they are a legit company just going through a difficult transition. Procede to Americas Best BBQ at your own risk. The only thing I could recommend if you are thinking of ordering from them is to call and verify the item is in stock and ready to ship so there are no surprises.
