Americas Best Contacts And Eyeglasses rude long wait smelly office didn't call when glasses where ready Mesa Arizona
They said they take walk-ins. So I was happy about that. I was told 30 minutes, but was seen after an hour and a half.
The waiting room was hot and smelly. The clientel were scary and I felt out of place.
When I was taken back, I told the lady that I didnt want to do the 3 year plan. She stopped being nice, told me it was my loss and got really huffy.
She told me to sit down at the last machine and put my chin in the rest. She then said, this is the test fro an additional charge. I sat up and told her I didnt want it.
The doctor was nice even though he was really young and air heady.
I ordered glasses and was told I would be called when they were in. Almost 2 weeks later i called to check on htem and was told that they have been there for a week.
They said that sometimes their automated serves doesnt work when a voicemail picks up. Hello, someone could have called when my glasses where they for 14 days!
I hate that place.
