Mr. Bradley and Americasbestfranchises.com has failed to perform. I paid them $700 to display my web banner to give my company leads and they havent produced one valid lead. In addition, they fail to give a refund or answer questions or return calls. They now dont even display my web banner and are still holding my money!

AVOID this company as best you can!

Area Pro Realty Unable to Sell Franchise

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Thu, November 03, 2011

Area Pro Realty is owned by Michael Volkin. He has sold a handful of franchises over a period of many years. He contracted with America's Best Franchises, a leading franchise opportunity portal, on February 18, 2009, to generate 30 lead inquiries for a total cost of $780.00. The Agreement states quite clearly that it is non-cancelable and non-refundable and there was no time table as to the delivery of the inquiries.

Over a period of approximately 18 months precisely 5,661 visitors to our site reviewed the Area Pro Realty franchise opportunity. On several occasions we informed Mr. Volkin that his message was not being well received by those viewing the opportunity and we suggested he provide us with a new ad. He ignored our requests. Nevertheless, ultimately we provided his Company with the required 30 lead inquiries per the Agreement. Interested parties can contact me at any time and we will verify that all 30 leads delivered to Mr. Volkin were valid.

Mr. Volkin, and Area Pro Realty, have advertised on multiples of franchise portals. Our competitors have shared with us that Mr. Volkin is habitually disgruntled about the performance of his campaigns and as a result no longer advertises with them.

The bottom line is that he is trying to compete nationally with the likes of Century 21, Remax, Coldwell Banker and others, all of which have 100's of branch offices nationally and have brand name recognition. Very few real estate brokers or those interested in a real estate broker opportunity have ever heard of Area Pro Realty. I'm not sure why you would even consider buying an Area Pro Realty franchise when you could buy any of the others I have listed above.
