Your right you should not haft to waite an 1/2 an hour to be seen but a couple of things. 1. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPT. 2. NO ONE TALKS TO YOU ABOUT DIFFERANT PACKAGES THAT WE HAVE ON GLASSES AND CONTACT'S UNTIL AFTER YOU SEE THE DOCTOR. WE ONLY GIVE YOU THE FACT'S TO HELP YOU OUT. IF WE DIDN'T YOU WILL BECOMING BACK SAYING YOU DIDN'T SAY THAT. 3 YOU SHOULD HAVE TALKED TO THE GENERAL MANAGER AFTER ALL SHE IS ALWAYS THEIR. SOMEPEOPLE JUST DONT HAVE A CLUE. 4. YOUR EYE EXAM IS 39.00 WITH OUT BUYING CONTACT'S OR GLASSES. IF YOU BUUY THEM THATS WHEN ITS FREE FOR THE GLASSES.

Upon posting my complaint to this website, I also forwarded the link to the complaint to the customer service people at America's Best/Best Contacts. Lo and behold!!! The prescription was found. I feel that it is fair to give equal airtime to the GOOD that they did. They then offered: 30% off my contact lens order AND free overnight shipping. KUDOS to America's Best; as badly as they screwed up, they wasted no time correcting the mistake.
