I have sent complaints to the BBB, NYS Attorney General Office and everyone else I can think of with the same outcome. The Dealership refusing to honor the program. There reason is on the Certificate it says it big letters LIFETIME OIL AND FILTER CHANGE FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THIS VEHICLE. At the bottom in very smaller letter it says Dodge has the right to cancel with 6 months posted notice. So I say again DO NOT BUY FROM OR HAVE SERVICE DONE AT Amsterdam Chrysler Dodge they will just screw you any way they can!!! Better yet post a notice saying you are going to stop paying them in 6 months and stop. The customer should be intitled to be as dishonest as the dealership and have no consequences Thank you for your time, Ray...

Dear Ray I have some good news for you. You are VERY LUCKY. You my Friend live in the ONLY state that I know that has an AG's office that loves kicking the a*s of car dealers that play games with consumers. Below is HARD PROOF that Attorney General Eliot Spitzer has spanked many New York car dealers for many reasons. www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2004/dec/dec17b_04.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2005/may/may20a_05.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/jan/jan14a_02.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2004/may/may19a_04.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2004/may/may21a_04.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/1999/sep/sep30e_99.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2000/oct/oct12a_00.html /www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2004/aug/aug31a_04.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/dec/dec13e_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2001/aug/aug09a_01.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2004/apr/apr26a_04.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2004/jan/jan05a_04.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2000/oct/oct26a_00.html www.oag.state.ny.us/press/2002/apr/apr19b_02.html I hope many people take the time to read some of the above. Might help you understand how some car dealers like to operate. Use the below URL and contact a local office that is close to you and file a complaint. www.oag.state.ny.us/contact/addresses.html#executive Hey Ray, want me to post more informative reading for you and others?
