Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Do not buy from Andy Mohr, they absolutely don't care about their customer satisfaction. They wont even call you back when you have an issue/ question, not even Andy Mohrs secretary!

I bought a used car from them with the intension of using it for work, the day after my emplyoer told me the car was no good for work use. I wasted no time getting on the phone to try and get it switched out to a qualiying vehicle. Didin't even drive the car. The sales person was very helpful accept that I kept getting the run around from everyone else.

Dicided to call the finance manager to find out whate hold up was on exhanging the car, he didn't even know what the situation was and told me that they had submitted all new deals as a trade in with no money down. Of course I wont get refinanced right after getting this car, I told him all he needed to  was a "Change of Collateral"...finance co. will allow this if it's the wrong car or something is wrong with the car(which there was) The finance manager down right refused to do it and game me a BS story why not to. The finance co. told me exactly what to have them do. REFUSED

Called and spoke to another finance manager the next day, he Knew exactly what needed to be done and claimed that he would get it done for me with my sales person. Come to find out, another run around just to get me off the phone.

I went to the dealership for a service appointment, mind you, only had car 2 weeks by now. The service manager tells me he can't touch the car whout approval from a manager in sales. Why? He starts listing all the problems the car has to have repaired off the computer screen. Really??? noone told me this car was POS when they talked me into buying it. for $11,900 after my trade and 1k down.

While the car was in the shop to tell me what was wrong with it, like he hadn't just told me, I went to a totally dif person to discuss my options at this point. He knew the situation already and was more than willing to do the "change of Collateral", even picked a car and told someone to go get it for me. I come back in with my keys only to hear the sales manager telling this guy NOT to do the exchange and to get me out of the dealership.

As soon as I got home I called to place a complaint with Andy Mohr imself, got voice mail for his secretary, left brief msg explaing that I needed to place this complaint...no call back, next day, call again, aother voicemail left... No call back.

I placed complaint with ATG and was advised to get representation and sue for my money back and the value of the car.

You're just adding credability to my complaint.

Andy Mohr Ford actually called to resolve this by switching out the car as promissed. However, I will not be doing it with Andy Mohr, I got a brand new car today, something Andy Mohr claimed they couldn't achieve for me.

I have already been advised of my rights through both BBB and ATG. This was a Business to Business transaction due to the reason I bought the car. You may want to check with your legal dept fore responding again.

You have no grounds for a lawsuit because the dealer is not required to honor your request for a refund or exchange.
