as going into the store everything looked good at first, we couldnt believe the prices, and the customer service.
well they give you a year year warranty, but then after you buy they tell you that you need to buy extra warranty. well it sucks it does nothen for you. they brought out my couch and i seen it was messed up this guy pulls out a marker and trys to cover it up in front of us really, and then right off bat i notice the couch is bad in so many ways, so i send it back four times, our dressers the drawers wont open so they all get sent back 5 times the entertainment stand is falling apart, the coffee table falling apart, then as we go to move for the first time we take down our bedroom stuff and notice the bed frame riped a hole in our 2500 box spring that is only 5 months old and not the frame after taking it apart wont go back together. they come out and take a couple pictures and say there going fight for us to get our money back well they didnt now this stuff we bought from value city furniture is way less then a year old, i have been in the store over 20 times and really looked at everything its all junk they tell us that our stuff was real wood and would not fall apart, and its nothing but a run around, its always different stories and lies, is there anything we can do. theres so much more.
