I applyed on line for an opportunity to work from home processing rebate checks. I paid $197 for the course which was deducted from my bank account. I followed internet instructions and got as far as receiving a

registration code. after this I was unable to get back to the registration site

to complete everything.

I e-mailed customer service and was sent a return e-mail stateing that I would be contacted within 24hrs. I received on voice mail on my land phone

that I should call a number that was left. In calling that number I received a recording stateing that the person was not at the desk and would follow up.

I called back and left my cell phone number in that I have dial up internet service.

I called back the next day after not getting contact or e-mail. A recording said that the contact person would be out the office until Monday. When I heard nonthing on Monday I called back on Tuesday and got the same voice message I got on the previous Friday.

I emailed Agela Penbrook as she had provided her personal e-mail address in the registration packet. I got no respond. I finally got a call on my cell phone

from a representative who attempted to make apologies for not contacting me. I explained to him that I decided that I did not want the service and was

requesting a refund. He had the nerve to ask me "why did you sign for the program in the first place if you didn.t want it" .

In the process on telling him that I was not satisfied with the service, he hung up and I have not been able to get any respond from the company since . I e-mailed serveral times and as of this report have not heard from anyone.

I'm retired and on a fixed budget and could use my $197 dollars for food and shelter for starters.
