I was leaving to move out-of-state with my daughter and Ms. Franklin "offered" to buy a $100 jewelry item which I was left with from someone else who didn't buy it (I sell Avon as a side business to make money for my daughter and I). She gave me 2 counter checks which were handwritten and promised that if my new bank in the other state didn't accept them, she'd send the money. The bank didn't. Ms. Franklin refused to send me the money or the items she got without paying and then "got mad" and wouldn't answer my emails or calls. If she is so quick to cheat and lie to me about a purchase, I have to wonder how "honest" she is as a Nurse.
