On October 22 I placed an order online(order #AC105087) to Annie Cloth for 5 items for a total of $51.79 and paid via PayPal
After waiting 2.5 weeks I emailed that I hadn't yet received my order. They did reply on 11/8 and said it was shipped. The order was received a week following.
When I opened the package the clothing items were clearly not as shown on the website. I reached out to ask about a return because it is their policy that you NOT return and item without first sending them a message which I did. I explained my disappointment with both items and they offered 8% cash refund and basically said that the costs for anything else would not be cost effective to me.
I do not think this is acceptable and made that known. These items were purchased as gifts but I would not give then away the quality is so bad. The shawl I purchased clearly looked like a woven knit shawl in earthy colors but when I received was printed cloth in similar colors but different design and material, obviously not as pictured.
The other item was a pair of "Autumn Winter Casual Basic Knitted Gloves" that again didn't match the description and had holes throughout the fabric! I have pictures
They also have been delaying contact with me and then told me the SKU# didn't match and they can't locate but I checked the wrapping and what I sent them was correct. Seems like another delay tactic
After I contacted them again stating that I didn't think it fair to offer 8% they increased it to 25% but I still don't think this is acceptable
