I placed an order with AnnieCloth on October 4, 2019 total of $84.00 with three items of clothing & boots. It took over a month to receive partial items from that order. I've contacted AnnieCloth a number of times to inquiry about the third item I haven't receive.
There is "no tracking number nor name of the carrier." I've requested to either refund me the balance of my original order or give me the correct information as to "when it will be shipped, the correct tracking number and the carrier." As of this date, I haven't received the information I requested.
