Anyone who lost money to Bargain net, I know how to get it back. Even if you autherized the transaction. If you want it back, you have to listen very close. 1) No matter what the situation is, do not blow up on the csr ( cust service rep ) it will get you no where fast. Its not the csr's money but when you make the csr defensive they take it personal. 2) There are a few key words that GET your money back, but first you have to build up to them. Clearly state the situation to the rep. listen to the responce and see if you can settle the situation without taking it further. 3) If need be, ask for a supervisor they are the only reps who can refund. state the situation again, and when they do not offer what should be given, calmly state that you will be contacting the B.B.B. ( EVEY B.B.B. comlaint that is filed gets a full refund, thats how they stay at a C score with the B.B.B.) this will usualy work by saying A.G. or F.T.C. as well. 4) If all else fails, just go to the B.B.B. web site and file a report with very good details ( takes a very long time this way), even if you dont req a refund, i would be suprized if you didnt get a full refund. The B.B.B. doesnt realy mean anything, but when you spend over 1 million dollers a month on advertizing, then the bbb score might cost you a good % of that. sorry but i have to give a false name to hide behind but all i said is very true
