My company has been in business serving clients from all over the world for nearly 20 years. One of the things we pride ourselves in, is customer service. Occassionally orders do go awry, but we have always prided ourselves in trying to resolve those situations in the finest matter. I think it is important that you see the resolve that took place in this particular circumstance. Hi Nikki, The following message was sent to you regarding your order in response to your order. It is stated on our website that occassionally tickets will not be available and we will offer to book you another show or date. Message sent to: Friday March 24, 2006 @ 3:22pm Unfortunately, we have no seats available for PHANTOM OF THE OPERA Monday March 27, 2006. Would you like to try another date or show? Thank you, APPLAUSE As far as "Bait & Switch" you were never billed for tickets until you agreed to see RENT. Charges are done manually not by computer and do not occur until after a show is booked. I am sorry to hear that you found a show about people in New York dealing with AIDS disgraceful. It is after all a "TONY AWARD" winning musical that has been playing in New York for over 10 years to sold out audiences. I do however understand your frustration and dissapointment. In Leiu, I am going to credit your card for all service fees included on your order for a total of $78.00. If you choose to see another show in New York...Please call me and I will personally handle your request to make certain that you are completely satisfied with you next theatre experience. Thank you, Todd Freeman APPLAUSE To which I received a responding THANK YOU for your consideration.
