Arbors Of Watermark Apartments, Connor Group Properties Ripoff The WORST "Resort Style" Apartment Complex in Columbus Columbus Ohio
I moved into the Arbors of Watermark in August 2004 and am disgusted by how I have been treated since then. The management claims to provide "resort style living with the amenities of downtown living." If you like to walk around in **** all day and constantly be ignored, I guess that is true. The management is a disgrace. I have notified them on four occasions since October that someone's dog is ******** everywhere outside of my complex, including a letter and several pictures. Not once have I ever been contacted. There is dog feces on almost every inch of grass throughout the complex, making it impossible to walk to the pool or weight room. No one cares.

The actual apartments are cheaply built and extremely inefficient. Our front door developed a layer of ice on the INSIDE this winter and my bedroom floor is at least 10 degrees colder than the rest of the apartment. Maintenence is spotty at best. Those of you have who have lived here have seen there idea of snow removal, (two teenagers driving a golf cart with a shovel attached to the front).
For the money that they charge (I live in a two bedroom $750) it is the worst complex in all of Columbus. I wish I would have known someone who lived here previously before I signed my life away in August.
Please save yourself the headaches and money!
They offer $500 for current residents to refer new tenants. There is no amount of money that would make me refer this ****hole to my worst enemy!
If I spare one person, I feel I have been successful.
