Area Circulation, Inc. They convinced me to sign up when I was only 17, and two years later they will not let me cancel! Virginia Beach Virginia
About two years ago Area Circulation convinced me to sign up for their magazine subscriptions. They charge me about $30 each month, I am now a starving college student, I cannot spare $30 every month! I have called them many times trying to cancel, but they refuse to cancel my account and they continue to charge me. They need to be stopped, I am going poor because of these people!
