Argent Mortgage Company, LLC Citi Residential Lending assignment of mortgage after march 2009 rancho cucamonga, California
if you have an assignment from argent c/o citi residential lending to any one dated after march of 2009. It is fake, just talked to Mark c. Rodgers at Citi they close Citi Residential lending in march 2009. he told me when they took over Argent they only baught the sevicing rights for all loans originated prior to set. 1st. 2007. so if you have an assignment stateing Citi sold your loan and it was originated prior to sep 1st 2007, it is also fake.
