Ari Zoldan, uses college students and graduates as free labor. He makes many promises opportunities to his interns that he never keeps.

In his company Quantum-Wireless there is a very big gap in the ratio between paid workers and unpaid. There are about 3-4 paid workers and 15 unpaid interns. He takes advantage of  all his interns.

Eventually when they remind him about his promises, he says just a few more days and we will work something out. Then a few days later he fires you from unpaid labor.

Although he often appears on FOX and now is a big shot, he has no heart. He doesn't care about students paying off their college debt. I wonder how much did he work for free in his life? Obviously he doesn't work for free now.

Please stay away from him, you will only be disappointed. We all believe we will get somewhere in his company. After a year of unpaid labor, and many promises that are not kept we learn the truth about Ari Zoldan.

Every company has a rogue intern

Quantum-Wireless takes great pride in its internship program and is disappointed to see such an accusation from a clearly disgruntled former intern. We have solidified relationships with some of the top universities in New York City and abroad, including Macaulay Honors College,  Yeshiva University, Euromed Management and ISEP (Paris). We have both paid and unpaid interns at Quantum.

Our unpaid interns are awarded course credit through their respective colleges and also receive comprehensive training at great expense to our full-time employees. This is in accord with current labor laws. Two of the current federal criteria for unpaid internships are:

-  At the end of the training, the trainees are not necessarily entitled to a job
-  Both the trainee and the employer understand that the trainee is not entitled to wages during the training period

In accord with these laws, Quantum never makes promises of payment or employment to unpaid interns. Whether unpaid interns want to accept this reality or not is a different story.
