I worked for Arise in 2002 from which i worked AT&T for both chat support and phone support. Phone support i did tech/billing and chat was for sales. 

In 2002 i had a paycheck that was off by manyyyy hours. I complained, arise payed no attention and didn't care. Getting through to them is like getting through to the CIA. A couple weeks later, i get let go from AT&T tech/billing - phone support being told my call time was too long is why. I averaged 11 minutes a call they wanted 9 minutes.

Then I started working on training for disney, while training for disney i saw an AAA job that paid more. I let the disney trainer know I'd be quitting disney for AAA and the trainer was fine with it. Before I know it, I'm all locked out of Arise for good. 

Recently there were some jobs on Indeed. I applied for and turns out they go through arise. I try to get back onto my arise account and can't. I then contact customer service and they tell me through chat that i was let go for unethical reasons - lol probably because i yelled and threatened an attorney when they wouldn't pay me correctly for a paycheck they messed up....I'm just such a jerk

here's what's HILARIOUS...the alleged "unethical reasons"....I worked for AT&T AFTER i got let go from arise....if i did anything unethical why would AT&T let me work for them?

here's another hilarious thing.....in canton ohio at VXI Global they have the SAME job i did from home there....when i joined them i asked what my average call time needs to be....they said under 15 minutes a call, the SAME job they want less than 15 minutes a call and Arise allegedly pulled me from AT&T for averaging 11 minutes a call

all my other stats were WAYYYY above average. The VXI in canton AT&T job...I had no luck.....while i was training to do that job from an actual office there from which i used to do at home.....that office ended up getting rid of their mobility department while i was training for mobility and replaced it with internet instead

point being...if i allegedly did anything wrong....why is it the SAME companies i had serviced through arise...will take me? but arise wont im calling BS on this....arise was just mad i threatened an attorney because they messed up my paycheck and they refused to fix their mistake and just ignored me then tossed me

i put money into this JOKE of a company to work.....trained...what a JOKE...i see they still pay about the SAME as they did in 2002, that's hilarious... a company that makes u PAY to be trained....other places pay you for training. can't give u a decent hourly rate?

They also have a game plan that can be the equivalent to being paid LESS than minimum wage, alot of their programs only pay you for actual talk time and not the time u wait for calls as if a person has any control of how quickly a call comes in but u waste your time sitting there waiting for a call
