All businesses in Arizona, beware. Do NOT sign a security contract with Arizona Central Protective Services. I have contracted them and cancilled services quick. Their security officers are lazy, do not show up to do their jobs and breakins and other problems flourished on property, when their officers were suppose to be patrolling and I still had stuff stolen off property.

Mr. Mack Hawthorne the Owner of Arizona Central Security is the most unprofessional person I have ever contracted security services with here in Arizona. He does not resolve problems, lies, makes excuses and has NO accountability to his cliental. He also over bills for patrol services and his security officers that worked my property sucked.

I could have hired a guard dog and he would have protected my property better. Word of warning to businesses in the State of Arizona, do NOT sign contracts with Mr. Hawthorne and his crappy security firm. Save your money!

I serviced this account. The manager at the time wanted on officer to patrol the property. This property is a large property that they were renovating with new appliances and other features. This property is in a bad area of Phoenix with alot of homeless people squating in vacant units that we have removed. The first red flag with this manaement was the maintenance that was unprofessional and using abusive language toward everyone including my staff.

We were notified that there was an issue with stolen items inside the units. I inserted a plain clothes officer on the proeprty one night. he notified my staff that there was someone inside one of the units with a flashlight. Upon arrival, my staff and i found the manager inside the unit looking around. Her demeanor was abnormal. She was yelling and wanted us to leave. We were unable to confirm what her intent was because she quickly left the property.

Shortly after the encounter, she cancelled the contract with us.

As for my employee not showing up, one evening a member of my staff did not show up. I released that staff member and refused to charge the property for that evening.

As for getting invoices paid, that was a struggle. I am not sure if that was the management company of the manager.

Its a shame that anyone can be a manager of an apartment complex.
