I just have to complain about this one, in the process of having my Arizona drivers license replaced to update my address upon moving back to Arizona, one of the "Deputies" as they are called, he actually identified himself as "Jesse James", after me recounting to him I am a victim of violence at the workplace, he decided he was going to require I see a medical doctor in the psychiatric field since as he put "I am not the victim here." and in his expert opinion I am "Paranoid and Delusional". The process by which this was determined was over the phone with him in Phoenix and me in Tucson. The documentation for this sham required that the "Medical Expert" was to assess my "Aura". Talk about flaky, wild west, vigilante style government. This likely was done as a retaliatory act and had NO basis in fact, OR medical validity whatsoever. I wonder if they have an "Aura Meter" to determine if mine is working or not?
This speaks volumes about how corrupt and misguided the government of that state is. I was told by one of the legislators that I'd have to see this psychiatrist if I wanted to drive in Arizona. It is up to ME what doctors I see and not up to the State of Arizona to arrive at a diagnosis or to dictate treatment for conditions I certainly don't have. Suffice it to say I drive on a license from another state now, and drive all I please if I am in Arizona on that license as well. I moved out of state as soon as possible, I won't invest there now or ever again.
