Art experts and Mark Winter is a internet company who's owner is evasive and misleading who will tell you anything to get your money. I do not recommend this person unless you get a written contract form the company. Art Experts word is useless and will do very little for you. if you do anything with these people get a contract. Mark Winter is a pathological liars.

If you read this complaint you will note that this person making the assertions is, well... sad to say, "not playing with a full deck".
We get thousands of enquiries a year, and every now and again someone will express dissatisfaction. This is true of most businesses.
We cannot always give the results peopple are hoping for. This is because the research we do may prove the painting or artwork they hope will finance their retirement is not valuable after all, and they are angry at the results and for having to pay us. Little like someone who eats the entire meal in a restaurant then says they didn't like it and refuses to pay.
We cannot offer a written contract to say we guarantee your artwork is real before we do research; that would be dishonest and ludicrous. And so is this complaint.

MaK winter w person to ome to look at art , who knew nothing about the artist. I gave lots of money for this person to come my home. All she did was look at a few papers and when asked he r about the artist technique and she replied i have no idea. and left my house. The person Mark Winter sent did not reveal her last name. Very suspicious. when mark Winter Told how much things would cost, the price kept going up and never told what he was going to do. Mark winter is a complete and utter waste time. he is not art expert and should be avoided a all cost.. His web site is just come on to rip people off.
